These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.shoebizcopenhagen.dk for delivery in Denmark.

Order and payment

www.shoebizcopenhagen.dk is open 24 hours a day - every day of the week, and you can almost always make a purchase on our webshop. However, it may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make online purchases when the shop is open and available.

To shop at www.shoebizcopenhagen.dk you must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to make the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of the order, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any additional payments such as shipping will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click "Buy and proceed to payment" (or equivalent) where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method and select delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Order and payment" button.

Receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive an email receipt (order confirmation) for our receipt of your order. A binding purchase agreement has been entered into with us.

In the unlikely event that we do not have the ordered item in stock, or that misleading information affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to correct or delete your order.
